Shipping policy

Carden SG engages with our local courier 'Qxpress’and has opted for delivery with the default of next-day delivery. Tracking numbers can be provided though do wait up to 48 hours after receiving your confirmation while your order gets delivered to you. In the event where your order has not reached you, please contact us and we will push your request and expedite any possible issues with the delivery. Carden SG does not control the promise of our couriers - we do not hold responsibility of any damages or delays outside of our due diligence to notify consumers on the website and or related social medias. Carden SG will do it's best on a case by case basis to expedite deliveries, though urgent packages should request for the same-day delivery option.

For same-day deliveries, Carden SG will engage with Lalamove, PandaGo or GrabExpress to deliver your orders by the end of the day. For urgent orders, please state at checkout if you will be needing this within a short time span, we will do our best to prioritise this and send it out to you as soon as we can.
